界隈でのランチ。
13時を過ぎ、ランチが終わる店もポツポツあるだろうな
ということで、ささっと調べて
ラストオーダー14時のこちらへ。
13時頃の訪問で、先客数名、後客0。
ランチメニューは10種類弱で、アジタタキ以外は
すべて揚げ物。
多分、お店の売りなのか、大半はコロッケとの組み合わせです。
期間限定という、カマスフライ＆コロッケ定食にしました。
厨房の様子を見ていると、揚げ物は自家製のようです。
食べログ上はお好み焼きとなっていますが、
夜メニューも含めて居酒屋かなという印象です。
15分ほどで提供です。
結論から言うと、
ボリュームもあるし、味わいも
すごくいい揚げ物でした。

さっくりと揚がっている。
箸を入れた時の身のほつれ方がふんわりで
口に入れてもふんわりとした白身の食感。
いい。
コロッケ。
しっとりとしている。
なめらかな生地に、ひき肉が入っている。
うまい。
お店のオススメらしいのもわかる。
白味噌の味噌汁も実直にうまい。
