A yakitori specialty restaurant where you can enjoy Yamanashi Prefecture's Yatsugatake Famous Water Red Chicken and Amakusa Daio as main dishes. Please choose from the yakitori course or the 10-skewer course. You can also order Other dishes or additional skewers after the course. If there is a skewer you don't like, we will leave it out, so you can dine with peace of mind. The skewers included in the course will change depending on what is in stock. We also offer a la carte business (single item orders) from around 8:15 pm every day.

We purchase chicken directly from chicken farms in Yamanashi and Kumamoto, so you can enjoy rare cuts such as lantern, spineless, back liver, and stomach. Back liver and stomach are so rare that they are almost impossible to find at other restaurants in Kumamoto. Each cut has a set arrival date, so please call us directly to check which rare cuts are available on your reservation date.
Food We are particular about the ingredients we source from Yamanashi Prefecture and Kyoto.
The chicken is mainly Yatsugatake Meisui Red Chicken from Yamanashi Prefecture, and the eggs are Yatsugatake eggs. We purchase directly from farmers in Yamanashi Prefecture, so you can enjoy fresh skewers, eggs, and rare parts. In Kumamoto, you can only eat it at our restaurant. The sauce is a sauce that has been added for over 20 years. We use kettle-cooked salt from Amakusa Tokai Island, which is rich in natural minerals.

We always have 8-9 types of sake available. We stock a variety of famous brands from around the country, which change weekly. We aim to stock a wide variety of alcohol so that we don't have brands that overlap with other stores. We have wines, champagne, and sparkling wines recommended by wine sommeliers that go well with yakitori. We also have premium shochu and unusual shochu. We also have about 6 types of fruit liqueurs that are suitable for women. Our 3-type sake tasting set is also very popular!!!

The restaurant mainly uses Yatsugatake famous water red chickens, delivered directly from a chicken farm at an altitude of 1,500m in Yamanashi Prefecture, which has been selected as one of the 100 famous waters of Japan, and Yatsugatake eggs. In order not to lose the natural flavor of the chicken, it is grilled over a strong flame close to the fire. Each skewer is served individually, while keeping an eye on the pace of the customers' meals. It can be used for a variety of occasions, such as entertaining, dates, and gatherings with friends.
