Our environmental and social efforts
Offering vegan menu
We have 100% plant-based Castella for vegans. There are many vegetable paella and vegetable tapas menus. We aim to create a space where vegans, halal, and ordinary people can enjoy at the same table.
Community involvement
We have been supporting the disaster-stricken areas since the Tohoku earthquake in 2011. We currently travel to various parts of Ishikawa Prefecture once a month to serve 600 paella each time using our Paella Bus, known as #PaellaBowl.
