They use two types of meat: "Shiwa beef" and "Kobe beef," one of Japan's three major wagyu beef brands. The Shiwa beef, which is carefully raised on their own farm, has a deep, delicious red meat flavor. The dish is paired with rice sourced from "Yadaime Gibe," a long-established Kyoto restaurant, which they found in search of the ideal rice to go with their Meat Dishes. The rice is cooked in an ultra-high-temperature kamado (a rice cooker) in the restaurant, resulting in a slightly firm, perfect bowl of rice. Enjoy the exquisite taste of the meat juices and sauce mixed into the rice, which rises quickly, to your heart's content.

The "Japanese Black Beef Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Jyu" is a popular dish with customers from Japan and abroad, with its delicious taste that will have you coming back for more! The "Pork Shoulder Loin Jyu" is recommended for those who want to enjoy meat at a reasonable price. Other carefully selected ingredients include Kyoto's Kujo green onions, Kyoto-grown red eggs, black shichimi (Hararyokaku), and Honda Miso miso soup.
