We use carefully selected seasonal fish that goes to the market every day and fresh fish shipped directly from Hokkaido. We serve seasonal ingredients in your favorite way, such as salted or grilled. The sushi rice is made with two types of rice, Sasanishiki and Koshihikari, purchased from Shiga and Toyama prefectures. We use rice vinegar from Kyoto's Murayama Zozu, which has a mellow taste, to create a sense of unity with the toppings. The selection prepared nigiri is a 7-piece set for 5,000 yen. We also have bite-sized temari Sushi, so please enjoy it with delicious sake.

There are always 6 types of Japanese sake, pure rice sake purchased from all over the country. We have prepared drinks that are easy to drink and do not interfere with the taste of Sushi.
