The buns we use for our burgers are specially made through trial and error with LAND, a popular bakery in Kojinguchi. These ``fluffy, chewy'' buns were created after many trial productions to ensure that they can absorb the juices that overflow from the 100% Wagyu beef patty and that you can enjoy every last bite. The smell when it's baked is truly amazing!
