Chinese Restaurant Hamamomen
Hamamomen Chinese Restaurant is celebrating its 45th anniversary since it was founded in Nagoya. Its light flavors have been enjoyed by four generations, and we offer dishes made with seasonal ingredi |
I ordered the bite-sized Gyoza / Dumpling lunch set (1,089 yen) and extra-large serving of rice (253 yen). The choice of one dish was the specialty tantan noodles. [Specialty tantan noodles] The soup had a good balance of the aroma of sesame and the spiciness of chili oil, and was slightly creamy and rich with a rich flavor, which was quite delicious. The slightly curly, medium-thick noodles had a moderate hardness. The toppings were minced meat, spinach, and bean sprouts. The day before, I passed by the Yokkaichi store and noticed a banner advertising "New tantan noodles." I checked the website and found that the specialty tantan noodles had been renewed on March 1st for the first time in 11 years and 5 months, so I went to try them. The spiciness was mild enough to make me sweat from my forehead. After I finished the noodles, I poured the soup into the rice and enjoyed it like a rice porridge. [Bite-sized Gyoza / Dumpling] They were small and didn't need any sauce, but the filling was well seasoned and quite tasty. They also came with two side dishes. I showed Tabelog coupon and got a sesame dumpling, which is a monthly sample. This was my first visit to this restaurant. They currently have four restaurant in the prefecture, and are a Chinese Restaurants based in Aichi Prefecture, with their headquarters in Nagoya.
