It's hot every day! It's another extremely hot day in Sendai. My wife and I went to Tanaka to have a beer at Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot). It was previously located on Hirose Street, but recently (2023.6.1) it was relocated to the 5th floor of a building on Minamimachi Street. I ate Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), lotus root covered in sesame, mackerel cutlet with sesame, and black chicken wings. Teba nakaguro is a chicken wing sprinkled with black pepper and fried, and the pepper flavor goes well with the beer. Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) is a soy sauce soup with garlic. There's also a lot of Marucho in there~♪ This is perfect for preventing summer fatigue (lol) You can choose between rice porridge or Chinese noodles to finish off your meal. My stomach feels a little tighter and I'm satisfied.
