We operate a chicken farm in Nagano Prefecture, and use only locally produced feed from Shinshu, and our chickens a
...re raised in the great outdoors. We then ship the eggs laid by these chickens directly to restaurant every morning to make our puddings.
With the desire to create a specialty souvenir for Yudanaka Onsen, we will utilize a vacant house in Yudanaka Onsen town, use local ingredients, and create fresh puddings handmade on the spot to promote the good things about Yudanaka Onsen and create a new souvenir specialty.
