There are many high-quality Restaurants and delicious cuisines all over the world, but you can only enjoy the cuisine of Narai-juku in Narai-juku. At "Takara," which values local ingredients and their producers, we do not overly present the food, but rather serve the cuisine that can only be enjoyed here. We inherit the seasons and culture, and redefine the local flavors. We present a new food experience rooted in the region. Since its founding in 1793, Suginomori Sake Brewery has been producing Kiso local sake for over 200 years and was a symbol of Narai-juku. Unfortunately, it closed down in 2012. We have renovated part of the building into Restaurants called "Kura." Through the glass, you can see the new microbrewery, "Suginomori Brewery," which brews the new sake "Narai."
