お蕎麦はもちろんでしたが、天ぷらも美味しい

今日は、奈良まで旅行で来ました。
JRで京都から来たので、JR奈良駅周辺でランチを食べようと思い検索して、こちらのお店に伺いました。
出雲そばというものを食べたことがなかったので、興味があり寄らせていただきました。
予約もしていなかったので入れるかな？と思いながら伺いましたが、一席空いていたので2名で入ることが出来ました。

予約をしていなかったので、コースは無理でしたが冷たいお蕎麦と温かいお蕎麦の二種類のメニューがあり、二人とも冷たいお蕎麦を注文しました。

出雲そばというものを理解していなかったのですが、3段になった器で上から薬味と濃いめのお出汁を少しずつ入れて、食べ終わる前に下の器にお蕎麦ごとおろしていくという面白い食べ方でした。
お蕎麦自体がとても美味しいので、お出汁が少なくてもそのもので美味しかったですが、薬味でわさびではなく、一味という部分も特徴的で良かったです。
後から天ぷらが提供されたのですが、この天ぷらがとても美味しくて驚きました。
特に人参は素材の問題なのか？下処理なのか分かりませんが、野菜の甘さが際立っていて本当に美味しかったです。
以外のお野菜も良かったのですが、自分は人参がとても印象に残りました。

普段来ない街ですが、近所に欲しいお蕎麦屋さんでした。
