Located right next to Oita Airport! On a clear day, the view is so good you can see all the way to Shikoku. Why not try eating Yakiniku (Grilled meat) while watching the planes? |
休日夜に予約して訪問。
予約してないと入店厳しそうでした。
大分空港から徒歩10分程度のところにあります。
お客さんは地元の家族、って感じでした。
事前情報が少なく入店してから気が付いたのですが、
単品注文不可でコース注文必須になったようです。
（コース注文後の単品追加はOK）
時間がなかったので、一皿ずつの提供ではなく一皿にまとめて提供をお願いしたところ快く受け入れてくださいました。
ホールスタッフはお母さん一人なのでとても忙しそうです。
注文聞きに来たり、お皿を下げたり、提供したりするのは時間がかかるので時間に余裕あるときか外れた時間にいくことをお勧めします。
こんな忙しい状況の中、せっかく来てくれたから・・・と
こちらの要望を受け入れてくださり感謝です。
牛脂を網にひいて自分でお肉を焼きます。
時間なく説明は省いたのでどれがどの部位というのが曖昧ですが、
サシが全体にまんべんなく入っていて柔らかいお肉や少々噛み応えのある肉肉しいお肉様々盛られていました。
コスパいいかでいうと正直微妙ですが、サービス込みでいいお店です。
現金のみです。
ごちそうさまでした。
