"Delicious even down to the bones~" Tonkotsu Ramen "Fuun" in Urasoe City, Okinawa Prefecture. In Fukuoka, the home of tonkotsu Ramen, this is a "standard" delicious, fast and cheap restaurant. The noo
...dles are air-shipped directly from a long-established noodle factory in Fukuoka every day. Hakata soy sauce, domestic sesame, Fukuoka cod roe, etc. Most of the ingredients also come from Hakata. Kagoshima-grown takana pickles are transformed into "spicy takana" using a secret method that rivals Ramen shops in Nakasu, the home of the ramen. (Very delicious!) The rice, which is only served "freshly cooked," is sourced from Kumamoto's popular rice brand "Mori no Kuma-san." (Sorry if it sells out!) Domestic pickled red ginger is air-shipped directly from a pickling company in Shizuoka Prefecture. A large amount of pork bones from several types of prefectures are used every day and cooked with a custom-made burner. The rich soup has been "added...added..." without stopping since the restaurant opened. They boast a rich soup that is completely free of the peculiar tonkotsu smell.
