Fresh fish is purchased every morning at Osaka Central Market, and is also shipped directly from Awaji, Shikoku, and Kyushu. Among them, the tuna is the highest quality natural tuna in the country. Our sashimi is our specialty, so please enjoy it. Of course, we are particular about not only seafood, but also meat and vegetables!
