Our store's top priority is organic vegetables, which are shipped directly from producers in Kishiwada, Osaka, and are carefully selected by the owner himself. In order to enjoy the freshness, strength, and rich flavor of seasonal vegetables, minimal cooking is required, such as just grilling or boiling. We bring out the flavor of the ingredients to the fullest. Enjoy it simply with snow salt, homemade soy milk mayonnaise, or Kagoshima soy sauce. You will be surprised by the deliciousness of organic vegetables!

For the chicken sashimi and chicken hotpot, we use Amakusa Daio chicken from Kumamoto Prefecture, which is known as the phantom free-range chicken. It is characterized by its exquisite texture, elasticity, and juiciness, and the more you chew, the more flavor it overflows. Also, for Meat Dishes, try Nagasaki Yoshiju pork, which is rich yet light in fat and easy to eat. Experience its deliciousness with shabu shabu-shabu, cutlet, braised pork, etc. The daily sashimi is made with extremely fresh seasonal fish that the owner purchases every morning from the Kizu Wholesale Market. We cook precious ingredients with the producer's thoughts in mind.

We always have 10 to 15 types of local sake from Hokkaido to Kyushu available. We have contracts with several liquor stores and offer a wide variety of sweet and dry drinks, as well as from different regions. Sometimes they are pulled directly from the sake brewery, and some are rare. We want you to enjoy a variety of sake, so our prices are clear and reasonable at a flat rate of 500 yen per glass (900 yen per cup)! Please take this opportunity to enjoy the marriage of various sake and dishes. There are some brands that are not listed on the blackboard, so please feel free to ask.

We hand-make a variety of smoked products at our shop, including eggs, cod roe, cheese, smoked fish, salted mackerel, homemade bacon, shishamo, organic tofu, and bonjiri.
