Please enjoy the authentic Sichuan cuisine prepared by a "Special Class Chef" who holds the highest national qualification in China.
Chef Wang Chih-ping, originally from Sichuan, creates a variety of flavors. The most popular menu item is the handmade Gyoza / Dumpling. The flavor is like that of Xiaolongbao with meat juices coming
...out from the inside, and is exquisite. We also have the super spicy Sichuan-style mapo tofu, which is popular among women, Sichuan fried Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) that were introduced on Kansai TV [Yo-i Don], and super spicy steamed chicken with Sichuan sesame mustard sauce, all of which are prepared using the authentic flavors of the region. The recommended course is 2,500 yen and includes 9 dishes, and is available for parties of 2 or more! We also have a variety of course meals ranging from 2,000 to 4,500 yen.
