[Shinsaibashi Yokoro]'s homemade oden is a taste of Osaka! The Kansai-style soup stock combines traditional flavors from food stalls with the addition of kelp, bonito flakes, and chicken bones to provide a taste that will never change. Approximately 30 kinds of ingredients are added and simmered for hours to condense the flavor of the ingredients. In addition, the popular daikon radish and fried tofu have a gentle flavor that will make you want to eat them over and over again, with the soup stock that has soaked into the inside.
