The Hidezo Group never disappoints!
Bistro Olympic is a Bistro restaurant in the Hidezo group. It is located a little close to the standing bar Hidezo in Ura-Namba. As this was our second visit, we mainly ordered appetizers, but none of the dishes disappointed and it's easy to see why this restaurant is so popular. The wine by the glass includes three types of red and white, as well as sparkling, orange wine, rosé, and cider, so you'll never get bored. ・Raw Oyster It's been a while since I had Oyster ♡ The raw Oyster on this day were large and super delicious The melting, chewy texture is irresistible! ・Cumin-spiced garlic shrimp Add some sudachi to give it a more exotic flavor. The shrimp shells are turned upside down so they are easy to eat. ・Kumquat and Prosciutto with pear sauce It is stylishly presented ♫ The kumquats are just the right size, and the pear sauce is delicious. ・Fig and cheese butter This would be a great snack to go with wine. It is served with crackers and even apple slices. The clientele was young and the store was sparkling (lol) Next time I want to use it as my first stop.

お魚料理が美味しいひでぞうグループのビストロバージョンのお店です。
一軒目で来たり、はしご酒の途中で入ったりと、定期的に来ている気がします。
ボトルワインの種類を聞いたらワインの写真を渡してくれたのですが、これがカードゲームみたいで楽しい！写真にテイストや産地、価格が記載されているし選びやすい。見やすい楽しい♨これは良きアイデア！
チーズのクワトロフォルマッジのピザはハチミツをたっぷりかけて頂きます。
ほうじ茶のアイスも美味しかった。
