Food We use around 2kg of domestically produced tiger blowfish and carefully selected soup stock.
You can enjoy blowfish dishes using around 2kg of domestic tiger puffer fish caught from the fish tank in the store. We have carefully selected large pieces so that you can enjoy the chewy texture. We go to the market every day to buy fresh seasonal vegetables, mainly from local Senshu. The soup stock we use is a combination of carefully selected bonito and kelp. We only use true kelp from Hokkaido.
Food Only the selection course of blowfish dishes is available for both lunch and dinner.
You can enjoy blowfish dishes such as tessa, tecchiri, fried chicken, and grilled blowfish as a course. This course incorporates seasonal ingredients such as matsutake mushrooms and bamboo shoots depending on the season, allowing you to feel the season. The grilled blowfish uses Kishu Bincho charcoal, which has a strong firepower. You can enjoy the chewy texture of the thickly cut tessa. Tecchiri can be served in the pot or divided into serving plates. The lunch course has fewer items and smaller portions than the evening course, but you can still fully enjoy the blowfish.

We are also particular about shochu and sake. We have 10 types of shochu each made from potatoes and barley, and we have over 10 types of local sake from all over Japan, mainly from Tohoku. We carefully select types that go well with blowfish while consulting with the liquor store. We also have seasonal brands, which change depending on the season, so you can find something new every time you visit. Please enjoy comparing the drinks with blowfish.

We offer counter seats, table seats, and private rooms in a modern and calm atmosphere based on gray. From the counter seats, you can see the tiger blowfish in the tank and see the grilled blowfish being prepared right in front of you. Private rooms can accommodate up to 8 people.
