★65% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay
It is made using Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes sourced from 20 Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards.
Before bottling, 15% red wine from Champagne is added to give it its red hue and beautiful aromas.
★We generally only use La Cuvee (first pressing).
After clarifying the must, it is fermented in stainless steel tanks with strict temperature control, which preserves the fruitiness and aroma. It is then aged for at least three years in the deepest and coldest underground cellars in Epernay. It is then hand-remuaged by a specialist craftsman, and after dosage (11 grams per liter), it is left to settle until it blends well before being shipped.

★This prestige cuvée was created as a tribute to former British Prime Minister Churchill, who was a great fan of Pol Roger. It is powerful, full-bodied and well-aged, to his taste. (First vintage: 1975)
★Pinot Noir, Chardonnay
Made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from very old Grand Cru vines, the special blend ratios are kept secret: Pinot Noir provides structure, breadth and intensity, while Chardonnay provides elegance, finesse and smoothness.
★The wine is racked twice.
The first time is immediately after pressing, the second time in stainless steel tanks at 7 degrees Celsius. The grapes are fermented separately in each village, and then undergo complete malolactic fermentation. The wines are then aged in the deepest part of the cellar, 33 meters underground.
It has great potential for long-term aging.
