The soup is all about kelp! The soup is made by simmering chicken bones that have been carefully selected for safety and a variety of spices in the "dashi stock" extracted from Rausu kelp for 15 hours
.... It is light in flavor, but has a surprising richness and umami. Rausu kelp, which is grown in the rough seas of the northernmost part of Hokkaido, is famous as the highest quality domestic kelp. Pork belly and pork shoulder roast are grilled with far infrared rays in our own factory. The artisanal technique of stir-frying over an open flame in a Peking pot cooks all the ingredients to their tastiest.
