Lunch on a weekday. When I went to Koppesan, there was a sign saying that the restaurant was closed. The owner got sick and closed the restaurant. It's such a shame (>_<) I hope he gets better soon and starts cooking delicious food again. So I went to the nearby Alpino. Alpino is in a residential area near Sakado Station. It's in an inconspicuous place, so I had never heard of it even though I'm a local. Although it's not a single-family home, it has a cute, Italian Cuisine-style exterior. The inside of the restaurant is a little dim, unlike the exterior, and jazz music is playing. DeSimone pottery is displayed here and there. Seasonal flowers are on the tables. There is a piano in the back of the restaurant, and they play live music. Lunch seems to be mainly a course, but since it was my first time there, I ordered the pasta, salad, and drink set (1,200 yen). For pasta, I ordered the seafood and mountain produce pasta (olive oil). The noodles were boiled just right. It contains shimeji mushrooms and scallops, which are in season now. The food was delicious, but somehow the taste was not memorable.... After the meal, I had tea. The sugar was in a cute container♪ I found out later that the homemade bread made with salt imported from Italy and homemade herbs is popular. I heard that the chef trained in Italy, so next time I'd like to try the course meal.
