話題のLRT（宇都宮ライトレール）の峰駅の目の前にある、こちらのお店へ
伺ったのは、平日の夜18時25分頃、先客は4名、後客は12名でした
ランチも営業はしているのですが、ランチメニューは餃子セットのみなので、折角ならと夜の訪問です
注文は【チャーハンセット（800円）＋ジャンボびっくり餃子一皿（五ヶ）（850円）】
提供は、20分弱でチャーハン、2分程後に餃子、更に5分後に玉子スープの登場で
チャーハンはしっとりタイプでちょうど良い塩梅の塩が効いています
ラードで炒められている様て香ばしさのある味わいで美味しいですねー
具材には刻みチャーシュー、ネギ、玉子とトップには良いアクセントになる紅生姜が乗っていました
餃子は長さは10㌢程あり厚み、幅は3㌢程ある大きなモノ
宇都宮市内の餃子は比較的小さめタイプが多いので一線を画するタイプです
もっちりとして少し厚めの皮に包まれた餃子は5個もあり、具材は挽肉、ニラ、ニンニク、たっぷりのキャベツが入って箸で持つとずっしりした重さを感じる正にジャンボ！って感じの餃子、美味しい食べ応えがありますね♪一般的な餃子の2倍くらいなので2皿食べる気持ちが必要かなwww
玉子スープも具材が豊富で溶き玉子、ニラ、タマネギ、ニンジン、椎茸を鶏ガラベースの塩味で整えられていて量もたっぷりで美味しいです
