銀座にある、誰もが知る高級鉄板焼き店。
入口から豪華で、レッドカーペットを進んでいくと店内も素晴らしい西洋建築の内装で豪華絢爛の一言。
今回は知人のお誕生日会ということでお招きいただきましたが、
最初から夢のような空間のスタートでした。
今回利用したお部屋は、最も奥の半個室。
2017年にあのドナルド・トランプ前大統領と安倍晋三内閣総理大臣も夕食会で利用したお部屋です。この部屋には藤が描かれていて大輪の白い花が飾られ、落ち着いた上質な雰囲気のお部屋でした。
そしてこちらのスタッフのサービスが本当に素晴らしく、1組(1部屋？)につきベテランの1人担当がついてくれて様々気遣ってくださいます。
料理がスタートしていないこの時点でもさすが一流店と思う所でしたが、まだまだ序の口。
料理はどれも本当に美味しくて、これが超一流店の味かと感動しました。
ステーキは、驚くほどの柔らかくて薬味と合わせて食べたらまた違う味わいに。
海鮮もプリップリで本当に素晴らしい。
そして〆のしらす卵かけご飯が本当に美味しくて美味しくて。卵が絶品すぎて、思わずお替りしました。
デザートは別の座席でいただくので移動。
ここでやっとメインフロアを目にすることができました。
某医療ドラマにも登場したメインフロアにある重厚なカウンターは圧巻でしたが、その近くにあるソファー席へ。
デザートを4種類から選ぶことができ、食後の焼き菓子と紅茶orコーヒーもサーブされてきました。席の目の前でフランベしてくれるデザートもあり、最後まで楽しませていただきました。
本当に大満足。夢のようなの3時間でした。
うかい亭は鉄板焼きのお店、お肉が美味しいお店と思っていましたが侮っていたようです。
本当に前菜からデザートまで全てが美味しく、かつ建物の内装やサービスまで全てが日本最高峰でした。
この思い出を大事にして、またいつか特別な機会にぜひ訪問したいものです。
