◎Yamagata beef exquisite meal Visited for 12pm lunch. Please note that when reserving a private room, you can only order menu items priced over 2,000 yen. I ordered the finest meal. As expected from the finest quality, every part was exquisite. The sweet fat of top-grade kalbi and zabuton melts in your mouth. The rump meat was delicious. It was thickly cut but not dry, it was moist and chewy and very tasty. Each slice is large and thick, so it's satisfying in terms of volume. The only sauce available was ponzu sauce with grated daikon radish, but you could also get regular sauce if you asked. The rice is shiny and just the right firmness. It was a very satisfying lunch. Thank you for the meal (^^)

Visited on a holiday after 1pm. There were quite a few customers but there was no wait. ■ Wagyu beef rib lunch (extra meat) ■ Domestic beef belly lunch The visuals are still as good as ever. This vividness without any processing. It's already seasoned and so delicious! It's spicy with a hint of garlic (?) and is rich and delicious!! The kalbi is served in two different cuts, lean and marbled, which is fun! I couldn't chew the skirt steak completely, but it was still meaty enough to be acceptable. ■ Seafood stone-grilled bibimbap It's topped with lots of squid and scallops. There is no sauce on it. It's salty. There's no egg so it's more like fried rice. Might be good for those who like light flavors! As the closing time approached, the people telling me to go home were so loud I got scared. Sorry σ^_^; The meat is delicious so I'll come back! Thank you for the meal ^_^
