First visit on a weekday evening. It is located about halfway down Marunouchi Nakadori. Due to the state of emergency, we are open until 8pm and will not serve alcohol. I ordered three dishes while drinking non-alcoholic sparkling wine. The first was "Fresh Fish Carpaccio" 990 yen. The fish of the day was "Ainame", which was beautifully colored and delicately presented, and the capers were also effective and delicious. The second was "White Shrimp Ajillo" 1,300 yen. This was as delicious as expected. The third was "Salmon and Green Beans Linguine with Genovese Sauce" 1,760 yen. The portion was small and elegant, but unfortunately it was not "Genovese". It looked like "peperoncino", had almost no flavor of pesto paste, and no scent of "basil". As "linguine", it was delicious with a moderate al dente, but I was a little worried that someone might think this was real "Genovese" (lol) Given the location, the prices seem a little high, but I'd like to return if I have the opportunity when I can drink wine.
