サーフィン仲間4人で忘年会。
仲間が、「知り合いがSNSで推してる店」という事で予約してくれました。
名物「伝説盛り」タン、ハラミ、ヒレの塊が運ばれてきました。
塊すぎて焼くのが難しいので、これだけは、店員さんが切りながら焼いてくれます。
タン：初めて見る厚さ！ほどよいサイズに切られて。
ハラミ：柔らかくてジューシー
ヒレ：店員さんが厨房に持ち帰り、カットし、タレとニンニクと盛り付けて持ってきてくれる。感動よ。
マジどれもうまい・・
カルビは普通(うまい)
ホルモン こんなサイズ、形状、見た事ない。どこが皮？？周りか。うまい！！甘い。
あと、色々食べたけど、韓国系の本場の味付けというか、
ナムルもうまくて。
焼き肉屋だから当たり前だけど、ワイワイやるメンツで行くのが適する
テーブルが小さいのを事前に知って行くと、驚かないで良いかも
