[Authentic Sichuan Dandan Noodles] Customize the rich white sesame and soup with your favorite spiciness and numbness!
[1 minute walk from Ningyocho Station] This is a Sichuan Dandan noodle restaurant with 3 counter seats and 26 table seats located along Ningyocho Street. An authentic tandan noodle shop with homemade |
It was a neat and tidy place with a nice atmosphere, but the taste was lacking. As expected, the Ramen shop closed down, and a Tantanmen specialty store took over the space. It was featured on TV and seems to be popular, so I visited for the first time. I ordered Soupless Tantanmen. Apparently dry noodles are the standard in China. Apparently you can choose the level of spiciness and numbness to your liking, so I ordered the maximum level of spiciness 3 and numbness 3 at no extra cost. It looks like Soupless Tantanmen. To be honest, 930 yen is expensive for this. The cost of Ramen with or without soup is completely different. That's why it feels even more expensive. Also, the spiciness level of 3 is not enough for those who like spicy food, but it is enough for numbness. If it is any more than that, it will sting. The noodles are chewy and delicious when mixed with the sauce, but it's very rich. It's a bit salty before it gets spicy. It makes you thirsty. Also, although the staff's service was a little awkward, I was impressed with their sincere attitude towards wheelchair users, so I'm giving it an extra star ^_^
