Today I went to Gyoza Kobo, a Gyoza / Dumpling Gyoza / Dumpling in Bakurocho. Just the word Gyoza / Dumpling makes me react... This time I ordered the popular standard Gyoza / Dumpling, vegetable Gyoza / Dumpling without garlic. The skin is chewy yet crispy on the outside and very juicy. I found Gyoza / Dumpling addictive. Personally, I like it with a strong garlic flavor, but I think Gyoza / Dumpling like this are good once in a while. Very satisfying taste!! The staff were also very friendly♪ (Chinese)
