Kansai-style unajyu, grilled from raw in one go. We use a secret sauce inherited from a famous restaurant and eel sourced from a specialized eel supplier. We offer three types: Matsu, Take, and Ume, with Ume priced at a reasonable 1,650 yen. Our hitumabushi, which allows you to enjoy different flavors while eating, is also highly recommended. Additionally, our "UTSUKE-don," topped with seafood, comes with broth and can be enjoyed as ochazuke. You can choose from the three types of Matsu, Take, and Ume, with varying amounts of seafood, and orders are available for both lunch and dinner!

In the evening, we offer a selection of dishes that pair well with alcohol. One dish you definitely should try is our authentic tempura. We have a wide variety, from seafood like shrimp, scallops, and sea urchin to vegetable tempura such as eggplant, lotus root, turnips, and carrots! To suit your preferences, we provide three types of salt: matcha salt, truffle salt, and pink salt, as well as tempura dipping sauce. Additionally, we recommend our fusion snacks and creative small dishes featuring eel.
