燻製って大好きだー。あの香り、たまらん。
家ではなかなか出来ないので一時『燻製シート』なるものを使っていたこともあるｗｗ
里芋、これはもとは冷凍食品ではないかと思うが、燻製されると激変する。
トマト、まぁ話の種にって程度かな。
シーザーサラダ、期待通り。
クリームチーズ、これは旨いに決まっている。
刺し盛、やはり蛸が秀逸。
から揚げ、牛はらみあたりはさすがの旨さ。鶏のもも焼きもなかなか。
やはり燻製は肉に最高の力を発揮するのかな。
ポテサラ、チャーハン、普通に旨い。頼みすぎてもはや後の料理覚えていない。
300円均一のつまみ系はちょっと量が少なめであれって感じだけど
普通の料理はボリュームもあるし味もかなりいけると思う。
個室なのに呼べばすぐに来るし飲み物のサービスも早い。
なかなか使い勝手の良い一軒を見つけた。
