Our store has been recognized by the association as a recommended store for Sendai beef. The contracted farmers only keep about 100 cows because they carefully manage each cow by monitoring its condition and feeding it. Inheriting the thoughts of farmers, we will provide you with the best condition at our store! I would be happy if you could eat it with the mindset of ``what kind of meat do I eat?'' rather than ``I just want to eat delicious Yakiniku (Grilled meat).'' Please enjoy our specialty meat!
Food We are particular about using 30-month-old cows, which have exceptional taste and meat quality.
We mainly handle "Tajima Beef" Sendai beef and Sendai Kuroge Wagyu beef over 30 months old. The reason why we are particular about the age of 30 months is because the fat is light and doesn't make your stomach feel heavy, and the taste is exceptional. In addition, cows have excellent flavor and meat quality, so you can enjoy the flavor of the meat to your heart's content. Although the meat is rare, thanks to the help of our contracted farmers, we are always able to provide high-quality ingredients. Once you try it, you'll definitely be addicted!

Although we are very particular about the quality of our meat, the restaurant has a casual atmosphere where you can enjoy your time without straining yourself. We purchased an Italian Cuisine restaurant, and the back of the store, especially the sofa seats, retains its original appearance. The atmosphere changes dramatically depending on your seat, so you can enjoy it no matter how many times you come. Counter seats are also available, and solo travelers are also welcome! The registered trademark "Biton" pigs are raised more slowly than other pigs, which means that their meat has finer fibers and is softer.
