人気カフェ『サリュー』さんが北参道に
移転オープンしたので早速伺ってきました。
店内は開放感のある空間で以前の店舗よりも
広くなっていました。
ということで今回選んだメニューは
カレーとプリンの贅沢な朝食セット。
◉キーマカレー（S） ¥1,300
1号店でもあるキュマンさんの人気のカレー。
南瓜、カリフラワー、ヤングコーンなど
野菜がたっぷりと入ったキーマカレー。
カレー自体は優しい味付けながら
ブラックペパーのパンチが面白い。
◉サリューのプリン ¥550
サリューさんといえば二層で作られた
オリジナルのサリュープリンが特徴的！
ほろ苦カラメルに卵の風味の強いプリン、
そして土台にはシミシミのチョコスポンジ。
プリンはスプーンの腹で押すと
跳ね返るような弾力の硬めのタイプ。
口当たりなめらかでプルンプルン。
土台のチョコスポンジがかなりお気に入りで
カラメルが染み込んだ苦味のバランスが絶妙。
またこのプリンが食べれて本当に嬉しい。

Menus range from meals to desserts A popular cafe known for its wide range of options. This time I visited for dessert, pudding. There are two types of pudding: ・Salut pudding (hard, rich) ・Kyuman Pudding (soft, light) This time I chose the Kyuman pudding. What is the difference between the Salut puddings I've had up until now? The opposite type of soft and light An easy-to-eat pudding with a gentle flavor. I like the harder classic type. Sometimes I want to eat soft pudding. It's wonderful that Salyu can choose both. Next time I'll try spicy curry. Thank you for the meal.
