CORK has a counter seating style so that you can enjoy a conversation with the sommelier from any seat. The simple and sophisticated space with no unnecessary features and the calm atmosphere created by the lighting that gently illuminates only your hands will create a wonderful night.
ChefOwner Chef Daisuke Kaneko
Born in 1979. Moved to France after working for Osaka La Becas and Tokyo Côte d'Or. Opened L'AS in Minami Aoyama in 2012. In 2013, we moved to the same location in Minami Aoyama and opened CORK at the same time as L'AS moved. His skills have been highly praised around the world, and in 2014 he was selected as the world's best young chef by the British luxury gourmet magazine FOUR.
