Founded in 1949, Uoma is a fish shop that still handles the purchasing of many restaurants. We are able to obtain fresh fish at low prices through long-term relationships with wholesalers at the market and through bulk purchases. Please enjoy the best fish from all over the country, from standard to seasonal fish! At this time of year, when it's noticeably colder, we recommend cold fish, cold mackerel, and hairy crabs. There are also other fish that change daily and are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so please feel free to ask us about that day's recommendations!

Our specialty Sushi, made with plenty of fresh fish, is one of our specialties. First of all, how about one of our omakase sets, where you can choose from 3 pieces, 5 pieces, or 7 pieces? Of course, we will serve it according to your preference. You can also order single items!
