After work, I went out drinking with a friend. After walking around Akasaka for a while, I couldn't decide where to go, so I went to Toritetsu, which was right in front of me. Each Grilled skewer is just a little over 200 yen, and whether you consider this cheap for a chain restaurant is up to you, but if you're not planning on eating a lot and are looking for a second Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), I think it's a great place as the drinks are cheap too. While restaurants like Torikizoku have reduced the number of dishes on offer in an attempt to keep prices as low as possible, this restaurant offers a full range of Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)-style menu items.
