特別詳しく調べて行ったわけではないが赤坂でいくつかのお店を回っていた時に入ったお店で写真は2回目。
1回目は1人で入って、忙しい中シェフが1人で料理を作り、アルバイトの子に
指示を出して3人での滞りの無い営業をカウンターから見ていてすごく個人的に感銘を受けたお店^^
「的確」という言葉がここまでしっくりくるお店は久しくないのですが、特別有名ではないかもしれないけどこのお店はいいお店だと思います。
料理もスタンダードですが、外れなく、アルバイトの子の動きもしっかりしていてお店として素晴らしいなと。
訪問後に調べたら元グローバルの方との事で、少し腹落ちしましたがありそうでない安定した品質高い飲食店、という印象です。
写真は1回目2回目ともに取り忘れました。。
