I visited on a Tuesday at 6pm. I made a reservation by phone a week before. This restaurant was selected as one of Tabelog 's top 100 soba restaurants in 2024. Order a 7700 yen course The soba noodles at the end were delicious. Soba noodles that go well with real wasabi I'd be happy if I could just eat some soba noodles quickly instead of ordering a course meal. Assorted appetizers Peanut Tofu Cold soup with nameko mushrooms Noto Rock Mozuku Deep-fried Sakura Shrimp Soba noodles I have been exporting buckwheat flour from Hokkaido for over 10 years. Even before I got involved, I was eating a lot of soba. My personal favorite is the soba flavor. I like country soba noodles made from 100% whole wheat flour.
