The udon is very firm. I've never eaten anything this firm even in Sanuki, but I've become addicted to it and this is my third visit. I love chicken tempura, so I ordered Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) set all three times. The sauce was just right, not too much and not too little, and three plump chicken tempura pieces were placed on top of the piping hot rice. I thought to myself, "Next time, I'll just order the chicken tempura!" but I ended up ordering the set (lol). Next time, I'll try other dishes.
