あごだしのきいた長崎おでん

寒くなってきたからおでんが食べたいなと探していたら「長崎おでん」という聞きなれないお店が見つかったので行ってみることにした。

場所は湯島と御徒町の間。スナックビルが立ち並ぶ一角で、雑居ビルところの2階。入ってみると店内は驚くほどキレイで明るかった。ただ老舗スナックのママらしき方が同伴なのか、煙草をふかしていたのが印象的だった。

長崎おでんというのは、あごだしを使用したおでんらしい。あとは練り物が有名らしくて、具材に練り物が多い。あごだしが美味しい。個人的におでんは味が単調なのでそれほど好きじゃないんだけど、出汁がしっかりしていると旨味が強くて美味しく食べられた。

常連さんが多いようでボトルキープがたくさんある。店員さんは気さくで初見でも居心地がよい。料理もおいしいし、雰囲気もとてもちょうどいいお店だった。
