For our signature kushikatsu, we are particular about the batter and oil. For the batter, we use fine-grained breadcrumbs that melt in your mouth, sourced from a long-established breadcrumb shop that has been in business for 67 years. By frying it in beef tallow, you can enjoy the unique aroma when you put it in your mouth. Once you try it, you'll become addicted to its crunchy and lightness that you can eat as many as you want. Also, the homemade sauce, which must not be diluted twice, goes perfectly with the kushikatsu. Made with fruit, it has a mellow richness and sweet taste. It's attractive♪
