We use only the highest quality chickens that have been raised with care and are particular about their feed. That amount is only 5-6% of the total shipment volume. This is an extremely rare neck skin that can only be obtained from a single top-quality parent bird (only 10 grams). Since it is not a visceral hormone, there is no odor peculiar to hormones. No wonder so many customers are trying it for the first time! You can definitely only eat it at our restaurant. This is our specialty menu that we recommend with confidence.

The owner himself continues to visit chicken processing factories all over the country in search of truly delicious chickens. In order to directly deliver the flavor and deliciousness of the parent chickens themselves to customers, we fundamentally reviewed the existing distribution system (traditional delivery system) and are working on the business of the parent bird specialty store Batatare with the enthusiasm of creating a parent bird distribution network from scratch. Food “Raw” parent birds are not distributed in Japan! ?
Parent birds are egg-laying chickens that are raised for about 700 days. Typical young chickens (broilers) are raised for 50 days, and free-range chickens are raised for about 120 days. Currently, most of the chicken eaten in Japan is broiler chicken, brand chicken, and local chicken. As you can see from the number of days the parent chickens are raised, they have a strong flavor that rivals that of local chickens. However, it also has the characteristic of having a hard texture. At our restaurant, we are particular about using fresh "raw" chickens, and serve them in a tabletop roaster that is truly tender and delicious.
