Fond de Vorail (French-style chicken stock soup) is made by slowly simmering `` French cuisine Daisen Chicken'' with organic vegetables for 10 hours, and is characterized by its light yet deep flavor. Food “Smooth” and “chewy” domestically produced rice noodles
While most Vietnamese Cuisine restaurants in Japan use dried noodles, our restaurant uses fresh raw rice noodles just like they do locally. The raw noodles are made at a noodle factory in Niigata and boast a smooth and chewy texture! There are two thicknesses to choose from: thick noodles (10 mm) and thin noodles (3.5 mm). The rice noodles will be served freshly boiled, so you may have to wait a while.
