A4ランク以上の和牛を利用と聞いて、
生来の肉好きとしてはリサーチせねばっ('◇')ゞ
ってことで、日曜の昼過ぎに家族総出でミッション遂行ゞ
中野車庫から中野駅の方へ、中野通りを北上し発見！
牛こくラーメンとマルカツ丼ハーフをオーダー。
素材が高価というのもあるが、
1杯1000円近い金額なので期待しちゃいます！
スープは牛の旨味が野菜の甘味に押されてるかな(´-ω-`)
ただ、豚骨と比べると上品な仕上がりに
ちょっとだけリッチな気分に(*'▽')ｵﾎﾎ
柔らかい牛チャーシューを食しつつ、
麺をスープに絡め、
箸休めにキャベツをひとかじり。
サラっと食べ終わりました(*^▽^*)
調味料もずらりと用意されているので、
味の変化を楽しむことができます。
ノーマルの味を堪能して終わっちゃったから
ちょっと試してみたかった…(´・ω・｀)
あと、マルカツ丼はタレの風味が丁度良かったかなぁっていう感じ。
次の機会があれば、牛こくカレーラーメンにチャレンジしてみます。
