A Chinese Cuisine located in a building near Nakamurabashi Station. I had plans in the neighborhood, so I searched for a restaurant where I could have lunch. It was early, so I went to this place that opens from 11am for an early lunch! At lunchtime, there was a free buffet with porridge, egg soup, and two kinds of Side Dishes. Side Dishes are also not to be underestimated! I had a second helping of the cabbage namul. The porridge was also delicious with a gentle ginger flavor. Be careful not to eat too much as you will probably be full before the main course arrives. I ordered the most popular dish, sweet and sour pork with black vinegar. It's completely different from the sweet and sour pork I know! Comes with a knife and fork. When you insert a knife into the meat, the outside is crispy and the inside falls apart! The sauce also has a strong black vinegar flavor, so it's not just sour but delicious. It seems that you can change the rice to steamed bread, and with this seasoning it certainly seems like it would go well with being eaten inside a steamed bun. Even though it was only two pieces of pork (with a side dish of mountain yam), it still felt like I had eaten a lot and it was a very satisfying lunch.
