He moved to France in September 1986 and gained experience at famous stores such as Lobelgard, Crocodile, Michel Guerard, Alain Chapelle, and Troisgros, before moving to Girardet in Switzerland. He returned to Japan in June 1997 and served as the head chef at "The Crescent" in Shiba Park for 23 years until October 2020. In March 2022, we will open [Le Rutan Isogome] in Honkomagome. Enjoy a variety of dishes prepared by Chef Isoya, who is loved by many fans.

[LeLutin Isoya] is located next to a large park called Rikugien. It is a small and quiet space where the chef prepares the dishes by himself. Only 2 tables are available as the service is limited to 2 groups. The seats are well spaced, so you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed manner. Also available for reserved for small groups. It can be used by people who like French cuisine, for entertainment, and for dinner parties. Enjoy a quality moment with delicate dishes that bring out the best of the ingredients.
