今日はボートレース多摩川の一階にあるレストラン「リップル」にて、牛炊を頂きました。
実はこちらのリップルは一年ほど前にオープンしたばかりの店で、こちらと以前からあったレストラン「ウェイキー」の2店舗が多摩川にございまして、牛炊といえば「ウェイキー」の名物メニューとして、TVでも取り上げられていました。
