京王線高橋不動駅至近のカレー店。
何度か来た事があるお店です。
アジア・エスニック百名店2023TOKYOに選出。
店主はアジャンタ出身で、
その後各地のインド料理店で修行し2000年4月にこの地で「アンジュナ」を開業。

お店はまあまあ混んでいます。
ランチメニューから
チキンビリヤニ1980円

ラッサムスープ220円
タンドール&ペアはマトンカレーと日替わりのエッグカレーを選択。
チキンビリヤニもカレーが1種つくのでチキンカレー選択。
まずラッサムスープ。
スパイシーでちゃんと辛めなスープで、
カレーとしても使えるのでおすすめの一品。
チキンビリヤニはカルダモンやグローブが爽やかに香るバスマティライスのビリヤニでとても美味しい。
辛さもそこそこあり、
スパイシーな鶏肉も美味しい。
トマト玉ねぎベースなチキンカレーは辛口と言うだけあってそこそこ辛く美味しい。コリアンダーと唐辛子の風味が特徴で食べやすいカレー。
ライタはパインが入っていてシナモンがちょっと香る珍しいタイプ。
日替わりエッグカレーは南インド野菜カレーベースとの事でサンバル感のあるカレー。
マトンカレーはマスタードシード・グローブ・コリアンダーが深く利いたカレーで、
辛さもそこそこあるのはアジャンタ仕込みっぽく美味しいと思う。
こちらはちゃんとナンが美味しい。
普段全く味わいの無いようなナンを出す店が多くてナンが嫌いになりそうなのだが、
こちらのような美味しいナンを食べるとナンの美味しさを再確認出来ます。
薄手で香ばしいナン。
シークカバブとチキンティッカも良いと思う。
ピクルス二種も嬉しい。
キャベツが特に好み。
カレーが全体的に美味しい、
高幡不動の名店だとおもいます。
