Food If you want to eat delicious seafood from the Sea of Japan, Kaniyoshi is the place to go.
We offer wild rock oysters and wild black abalone from the Hamasaka Fisheries Association. The chef requests fishermen to dive into the sea to get fresh, wild shellfish. We purchase sashimi directly from Sanin Hamasaka Port, including white squid, flying fish, horse mackerel, and sea bass from the Sea of Japan, to provide hospitality to our valued customers.

If you make a reservation, we can open from 2pm. The course will be the same price as the dinner course. We do not do lunch or group reservations. We also accept reservations for one person by phone. The owner himself works as a middleman at San'in Hamasaka Fishing Port, which is on the border with Tottori Prefecture and boasts the highest landings of Matsuba crabs in the country. When he bids on
...the freshest, finest Matsuba crabs that were landed that morning, he immediately brings them to the restaurant, prepares them, and serves them that same night. Please enjoy our exquisite crab dishes that will leave your guests feeling not just "Wowed!", but a whole new level of excitement.
