Fresh natural "rock oysters" and natural "black abalone" sourced from the Hamasaka Fisheries Cooperative. The shellfish are fresh and natural, as the chef requests the fishermen to dive into the sea each time. The sashimi includes "white squid," "flying fish," "horse mackerel," and "sea bass" from the Sea of Japan, directly procured from Hamasaka Port in San'in, to warmly welcome our valued customers.
