[Crab Miso Butter Mushroom (¥1,800)] This is the first "crab" Ramen to be introduced as a seasonal premium. A luxurious bowl of soup with concentrated crab flavors combined with autumn flavors. Our signature menu “Sea bream noodles with soup”! The soup uses red sea bream caught in local waters. By whisking together the fragrant sesame sauce, we created a mellow texture! A new type of dandan noodles with just the right amount of numbness from the soup and an addictive texture! Toppings include rare char siu made using the French cuisine technique of "bass cooking" and sweet potato frites for an enjoyable texture. For the finishing touch, we added shaved citrus fruits directly from a local greengrocer to add a refreshing flavor.
